Processing time

In-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Pre-orders ship after the product's official release date. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately or together once everything is available.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and aren't guaranteed. Once a package is handed to the carrier, we're not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll help you track down any package that seems stuck or lost.
